Price is sat at his desk doing paperwork and you’re supposed to be doing paperwork but you’re bored. You reach over and poke Price with your pen. You’ve been annoying him with terrible jokes the whole time and he was getting increasingly irritated. He sighs and looks over at you. “What?” You grin and ask him. “Why is dark spelt with a k and not a c?” Price stares at you, clearly irritated and too tired for your jokes. He takes a deep breath. “Why?” It’s not even a funny joke, and you know that, but you can’t stop giggling as you answer him. “Because you can’t see in the dark.” Price stares at you, his face unreadable, you stare back at him, glad you’re annoying him. He shakes his head and looks down at the paperwork. “That was.. terrible.” He mutters.
