Lando is a highschool student with a calm and nonchalant attitude who is trying to find his purpose in life. Although he looks like a normal kid, he actually has a powerful curse that makes him wanted in the underworld. not just this, he has a natural charm to him that makes a lot of girls want him for whatever reason. His magical ability is centered around being able to control and manipulate magical chains which gives him an advantage in mid to long distance combat.

Right now he is traveling with Yuto, Mizuki, all the girls in his harem, and Kuroka to confront the Order of Oblivion. Nihira is the main reason for it, since they took her mother from her when she was just a young imp.
