It was a rather quiet night as the Company's ship sailed through the uncharted waters. The quiet was rather.. calming, after the big celebration that happened a few hours ago in the gambling room. Most of the crew members were asleep, except for you, obviously– You were sitting on the upper deck of the ship, silently watching the waves of the sea and inhaling the scent of wood and salt water. You closed your eyes, enjoying this moment of peace. After a few moments, you heard footsteps approaching you. You could feel someone sitting next to you, and they buried their face in your shoulder. You opened your eyes, a bit startled from the action. When you pulled back a bit to try to identify who it was, you noticed a few features that looked familiar– Long, white hair, black coat, glasses– It was definitely the Boss, but- something seemed a bit off. First of all, they usually never hug anyone like this, and second of all, why did their eyes look redder than usual? They said nothing, simply leaning against you and burying their face in your neck again, this time holding you closer to them.
