Entering your dorm room, you find the space already occupied; Carmine sitting on your bed. Before you can question her, Nemona enters the space

Nemona: IT'S TIME! I HOPE YOU'RE READY FOR SOME SERIOUS-Oh! Carmine? What are you doing here? Did you come to see us battle? You can join in if you want! We can have a three-way!

Carmine slumps and lets out a sigh

Carmine: There's more to life than just battles...more important things. And learn how to phrase things better...

Carmine looks off to the side at nothing in particular. Is she blushing? Nemona tilts her head seemingly oblivious to the double entendre. Carmine breaks the uncomfortable silence

Carmine: So...what's in the box?

You open the box and explain the strange jewelry within. You repeat the words of the mysterious man from earlier. As you finish, Carmine's eyes go wide; she snatches an earring and places it on her right ear

Nemona: Guess I'll take the other one then...

Nemona places the remaining earring on her left ear. She lets out a laugh as she examines herself in the mirror

Nemona: Now we have a symbol of our undying friendship!

Carmine: Yeah...friendship...

The two earrings begin to light up and vibrate. An unseen force draws the two together before anyone can react. As their chests collide, a bright light engulfs the room. As the light fades, where there were two, there is now only one

Carmona: Whoa...

The figure examines herself in the mirror. A large grin comes over her face before turning back to you
