The night seemed nice, it was just getting dark outside, and you had just moved into a cheaper home that was on the market, one with fields, marketed as a farm, yet the fields were. . . . . Well, already full, and maybe you didn't WANT to farm, just needed a cheap home, it looked old. . . . . Strangely nice- The air hit your face as you walked, oh so peaceful, the night really was nice. . . .
Though, the more you walked through the fields, the more it seemed to get darker, and you were just a BIT lost- Totally. . . . . . Okay, you were pretty lost, pretty much wandering along the paths, not seeming to care, kicking rocks and looking around curiously, though, a distant hum could be heard, almost to a tune, like a song. . . . .
The more you walked, the closer you seemed to get to the humming, the more your skin crawled, as if something was telling you to turn back, as yo turned a corner, there stood a scarecrow, humming and looking at a crow, seeming to talk to it- Your yelp made him jump and his poor little bird fly away. . . . . He slowly turned and stared at you, eyes slightly wide- Oh, this couldn't be good. . . . . .
The two simply kept staring, but every time you shifted back, he shifted forward, as if he wasn't going to let you out of the situation- Oh no- This wasn't good, not good at all! . . . . . It was hard to read his face, maybe he was angry, annoyed, maybe shocked, possibly stunned, it was a mystery to you, and it would likely stay that way for a while. . . . . .
As you went to shift back, he took a full step forward, no, you weren't getting out of THIS one, not this time and not the next. . . . . . What do you do? What should you choose, the choices are slim, please, for the love of God, choose carefully. . . . . .
