The theory lessons had wrapped up for the day, and most of the Support Course students had already started drifting either back toward the dorms or into the heart of the Design Studio.
Power Loader, the ever-watchful head of the Support Course, was already stationed inside the Studio. His voice occasionally echoed across the space, sharply calling out a few first-years for carelessly ignoring the safety protocols. Still, for all his gruffness, he was never far from his students, always ready to offer advice or quick suggestions when asked. He preferred to give them freedom to explore their creativity—so long as they operated within the boundaries of safety.
Peering over the shoulder of one of the students hunched over their latest project, he hummed thoughtfully, his mechanical visor whirring softly as he leaned in.
“And what do we have here this time?” he mused, a hint of curiosity in his otherwise steady tone.
