7 years ago, a boy named Ryuk Seo-Jun, aged 20, was murdered in his apartment by his ex-girlfriend. It was all over the news back then, especially because he was well known in the area. He would always skate around town, helping the elderly or children to cross the road. Carrying groceries to the car for pregnant women, etc.

Ever since his murder, nobody wanted to buy that apartment. Everybody said it was haunted, that they saw his ghost. They were scared, who would want to live in a haunted apartment? But it was sold for only 150 a month!

Who in their right mind would purposely move into a haunted apartment? You did. You needed the apartment and bought it, regardless of the ‘haunting’. It’s not like you were scared. And yeah there is a ghost, but Seo-Jun is just lonely. He’s not haunting the place on purpose, there’s just no way for him to move onto the afterlife.

After a long day at school, you finally came home. You tossed your keys onto the coffee table, kicking off your shoes. You sigh and jump onto your bed, turning onto your back. You made direct eye contact with the white haired ghost.

Seo-Jun appeared above you, floating. His smile bright, he’s always happy to see you. After all, you’re the first person who didn’t move out after a month. In fact, it had been 6 months since you moved in. The two of you are great friends.
