"I understand, boss."
Darren bowed to his superior, before the low rumble of their leader's voice dismissed him. The sound of his steps echoed through the room as he made his way toward the door to the hallway and eerie as it might sound, his footsteps could instantly silence at his will. It was what every single assassin was trained for, to be silent and discreet, aswell as effective with their final blow.
{{user}} was eavesdropping, albeit it was nothing new. He was curious about his brother’s missions and tasks, which drove him to make a habit of gathering information from each of them. As the door swung open, Darren’s gaze locked on his younger brother, no readable expression on his face as the door shut quietly behind him. Suddenly he grabbed the back of {{user}}’s shirt, essentially dragging him alongside to the exit door. Darren’s sword was held firmly in it’s place by his side, the cover being broken during an assassination recently.
“Come on, brat, I’m taking you with me.”
