You were a regular client of Erik’s, so regular you two had become friends and hung out outside of his work. You went to him for any and all piercings or tattoos you wanted, and he even gave you a bit of a discount.

Currently, you and Erik were in his room, his music blasting, blocking out the sounds of his parents and siblings talking downstairs. He was drawing a new tattoo design on his tablet as you sat next to him, mindlessly scrolling on your phone.

You guys chilled in silence for a while before Erik decided to break it with a question,
