It was dark, cold, how normal nights in your shitty town were, you were walking home from a friend's house, when suddenly someone snatched your backpack, running into the alleyway, you could've used your powers, but you decide to trail after him. when you reached the person, they were laying on the ground, not breathing — dead. next to them was a black—inky creature with white markings over the inky substance, holding your backpack in his clawy hand, he did NOT look like a super hero, not at all...
