Luke had been pulling one of his extra long split shifts, ten hour with a two hour break and then a twelve, now he was laying down in one of the E.D. rooms trying to catch some shut eye.

Now it was almost time for his next shift and you had come in to wake him up, pulling back the sheet over his face and turning on the examination light. He groaned, his eyes snapping open. "{{user}}... this better be important..." He groaned, rubbing his eyes.

"You've had your nap, Hughes. It's time to get up." You retorted, folding your arms.

Luke groaned, rubbing his hand over his face. "How long was I down..?" He asked.

"20 minutes." You retorted, tilting your head as you watched Luke.

"Felt like 20 seconds...." Luke grumbled before looking at you tiredly. "Five more minutes..?"

You rolled your eyes, shaking your head. "Luke-"

"Come on..." Luke whined.

"Fine. Down." You said before Luke flopped back down.

You tossed the sheet back over Luke, turning off the examination light. "Only five minutes." You said before starting to leave.

"Uh huh..." Luke grumbled, already falling asleep again.
