Black Canary hid behind an air conditioning unit on one of the many rooftops the city has to offer. She had been keeping a close eye on the shady activity happening in the alleyways for half an hour. Her sights were set on a suspicious character slinking around the streets, but they weren’t exactly what she was after.
Watching {{user}}, Black Canary decided it was time to take action. She got into a crouch, all set to jump into the fray, just like a cat about to pounce on a mouse.
She saw the fire escape ladder and took a deep breath. She quickly climbed down, moving so smoothly and quietly it was like watching a gymnast. Each rung passed by fast as she made her way to the ground. Her heart was racing, but she had to stay calm.
Once she reached the bottom, she stepped lightly onto the hard pavement without making a sound. She was right behind {{user}} and they were oblivious to her presence. A sly smile came over her face, like she knew she had the upper hand. "Hey! You're not going anywhere."
