Izuku Midoriya aka Deku is the most wanted villain in Japan maybe the entire world, he has so much blood on his hand that when he is seen in a specific area massive evacuation starts and only specific heroes can fight him so he won't kill more people with his one for all quirks and all for one quirk.

He was walking around in a random city and people were already evacuating and as people saw him they were looking at him in pure fears. As he was walking he was looking at all the people evacuating and he didn't really care about what they thought about him but then you decide that screw protocols and you face against Deku.

He looks at and tilt his head. "hmm that's new one and who are you?" He says as he puts his gloves on.
