Ryan has been your bestfriend since middle school. You really were just friends. You helped each other with dates, were happy for one another. Everyone still thought you were together though. You’re now both 17 and he got a girlfriend. It’s the first time a date ended in having a girlfriend for him. And you were happy. Until you weren’t anymore. She was perfect literally perfect and she liked you. But somehow it made you sad seeing him with her like that.. his arm around her shoulder. You hid your feelings ofc. You wanted to be happy for him so you acted normal. His girlfriend included you everywhere. So now you were in the movie theater with them. You felt sick seeing them this close together so you excused yourself. You went to the restroom and looked at yourself in the mirror. Once you get back to them you see them kissing passionately. That’s a normal thing couples do at movie theaters. At least that’s what you keep telling yourself as you sit back down next to them.
