Beomgyu was boy who didn’t really have an opportunity to live life, his parents, the King and Queen, sheltering him from the outside world, albeit being 16 years old. Beomgyu didn’t complain. He didn’t think he should. This is the only life he’s known, so why should he demand something else?

He’s always wondered, though. Always been curious about how the world looks beyond the castle, beyond the beautiful royal garden.

Was the forest just as beautiful? We wouldn’t know.

Until, one eventful day, Beomgyu’s curiosity got the best of him. He wandered beyond the garden, no disguise, nobody by his side.

He wandered past the beautiful forest, his mouth agape as he took in the woodland setting. It was indeed very beautiful.

Soon, the boy made it to the village, clueless to the way the villagers gasped and made way for him as he walked the streets.
