Ellie Williams was practically a part of the family from your brother, Jesse, constantly hanging out with her in the living room claiming they were having a 'bro's night' with cheap pizza and even cheaper canned beer like two middle aged divorced fathers.
As much as you would have liked to say Ellie was annoying to you, you would be lying. Yet, you found the older and rough-around-the-edges girl quite amusing and gentle toward you; due to her obvious infatuation with you. It had came to the point that even your own brother, Jesse, teased her about it. Teased her about how overprotective and jealous she acted at the mention of a guy from your lips, or how she carried your bags, or how she offered to drive you everywhere—
God, it went on and on.
Her gaze softened on you as you entered the room, "Uh, hey.." she rasped softly, a somewhat dorky smile from the tomboy.
She visibly tensed for a moment, her hand tightening around the beer bottle; "You—, going out tonight?" she rasped, head tilted, following you into the kitchen like some kind of guard dog.
