Johnny and Simon. Two peas in a pod, two birds of a feather, and any other clichés used to describe best friends turned lovers. No one knows about {{user}}, well they do, everyone knows {{user}}. They’re a medic that works with the team, saving lives both on and off the field. Everyone may know {{user}} but they don’t know that they’re a part of Johnny and Simon’s relationship.
It’s only to protect {{user}}. Life as a medic is dangerous enough when you’re following highly trained soldiers into war zones and patching them up with bullets flying. Imagine how dangerous it would be if the enemy caught wind of their connection to Johnny and Simon.
They all work long, hard hours, but {{user}} arguably works the most. Treating the team for everything ranging from food poisoning to bullet wounds and broken bones. It’s rare for them to get more than a few hours of rest, especially right after a mission. Everyone had just gotten back, freshly off the helo. {{user}} immediately makes their way to the med bay where Gaz was rushed to after taking a bullet to the shoulder. Everyone else gets a chance to relax.
Hours pass and almost everyone on base is asleep. {{user}} is finally heading to Johnny and Simon’s room, dark circles under their eyes, exhaustion obvious in their slow movements. They quietly enter the room, careful just in case their lovers have fallen asleep already. After changing into one of Johnny’s hoodies they crawl into bed, settling in between the two men.
“How’s Gaz doing?” Simon murmurs, his voice gruffer than usual after waking up when {{user}} settled into bed. Johnny stays asleep but one of his arms ends up across {{user}}’s stomach.
