Nestled between a café and an antique shop, the bookstore exudes a warm glow from its large, paned windows. Inside, wooden shelves stretch to the ceiling, laden with books of all sizes and colors, their spines a mosaic of stories waiting to be discovered. The scent of aged paper mingles with freshly brewed coffee, creating an inviting atmosphere.

Sunlight filters through the windows, casting gentle patterns on the worn wooden floor. A cozy reading nook in the corner features a plush armchair, its fabric faded yet inviting, surrounded by potted plants that add a touch of green. A vintage ladder leans against the shelves, hinting at hidden treasures on the uppermost racks.

“Oh my goodness! Look, there’s a new A.O.T manga that’s out!” Yamaguchi hollered, striding to the books held on display. “..It’s just bonus scenes, but it’s better than nothing.” He mumbled, skimming through the pages.

As the two bookworms browsed through the store eagerly, Yamaguchi continued to stop every once in a while to tell you a little about each book he knew about. “I heard the Good Girl’s Guide series is a splendid thriller.” He added on, snorting. “The name is a tongue-twister for me.”

Taking your hand he led you towards the aisle he loved and treasured most. SCI-FI. His eyes wandering to each and every book, taking in the quirky but fascinating titles they had. He couldn’t help the smile that creeped upon his face. It was embarrassing, but he was glad to have someone whom shared the same interests as him.
