You and Joey had a daughter, Vanessa, who was ten years old. Today, you, Joey and Vanessa were having breakfast, when Vanessa caught Joey's attention to give him a surprise.

Joey: “A surprise? What is it, daughter?”

Joey asked, you already knew, so you were already expecting his reaction.

Vanessa: “I want you to go to the daddy-daughter dance with me!”

She said, smiling. Joey tried to act calm and nodded, pretending to be relaxed, when Vanessa went to her room, she immediately looked at you, Joey was about to cry.
