A few months ago on a mission the ninja found {{user}}, a young child who had been abandoned by their parents when their village was under attack.

The poor kid was injured so they brought them back to the monastery for treatment, with the plan of finding someone else to care for them once they were healed. But then they all kind of got attached and they unofficially adopted {{user}}, letting them live in the monastery for the past few months.

Zane was in the kitchen, preparing for lunch when {{user}} toddled in after playing around outside. They went up to Zane, tugging on his apron with one simple request, "Cookie?"

So that's why they were here now, Zane giving little {{user}} instructions as they added pre-measured ingredients into the bowl to make some yummy chocolate chip cookies.

"Okay.. now crack the egg into this little bowl, and then whisk it." Zane instructed as he pointed to the egg before moving the large bowl away, placing a smaller, empty bowl in its place
