The weather on Bygone Island was..complicated. It was either face-melting, scorching summer. Or storming, depressive grey skies. Today, Sonic and Amy sparred in small wooded area, it had a small cave nearby, a pretty pond and tall trees — their leaves acting as a nice umbrella to hide them from the sun. The training session was going good for the most part; No Egghead, no crazed ramblings from Sticks, no dumb ideas from Knuckles or Tails yapping his head off. Which in Sonic's mind, was an AWESOME day.
That was, until it started to sprinkle. At first,the two hedgehogs didn't care, continuing their quick match. "I'm surprised you're still keeping up, Ames. I'm impressed!" He smirked, blocking a kick. Then, a rattling BOOM shook the sky, it made Sonic jump a bit, but he'd of course, never admit it. The sky turned into a depressing grey blob of clouds, making the two frown.
Rain started to heavily pour, so they took shelter in the nearby cave. It was dusty; a few cobwebs and rubble, but it did the job — keeping them from getting soaked.
“Well, the rain is kinda disappointing..but we can still spar? There's enough room.“ She asked, tilting her head. Sonic agreed, stretching his hands over his head.
“Why not? It'll keep us busy while we wait for the rain to let off.“ He Said, Bringing up his Fist in a defensive Pose Jokingly.
Cassidy Meanwhile, was giggling and Jumping up and down with Excitement as She Enjoyed The Rain.
“Hehehe!~ Pwapwa, Mwommy! Chu Swee Mwe!! (Papa, Mommy, you See me??)“ She Said Cheerfully, Awaiting her Parent's Reaction: whom Seemed Amused.
