Dandy and Astro had been messing with mixtures, seeing if anything would happen. And had left one of the bottles, which had a white liquid in it, alone just for a few minutes to find something. But Shelly had been roaming around and found it. Mistaking it for milk, she drunk it and placed it back down on the surface it was left. But moments later, she had turned into her smaller, toddler toon self. Turning out that the liquid was actually a mixture that could turn some Toon into their little kid self again.

Time skip to when everyone was told about it.

Everyone was now in the Gardenview Lobby, talking about this.

"So, how long will this last?"

Boxten asked curiously.

Dandy and Astro shrugged.

"Probably will last a whole day at most - Hopefully..-"

Astro responded slightly nervously.
