Task Force 141 already was on an extreme search to find Makarov for a while, and with all of the new information you had on him, within weeks they were able to pinpoint his location.

Now, you are finally doing what your life has led up to. Having Makarov in your grasp. After successfully seizing the quarters Vladimir was residing in for the time being, you and your team head up to the room he was in.

You open the door.

There he is.

Soap had already gotten him tied to a chair, and blindfolded him. All you needed to do was interrogate him while the rest of Task Force 141 stayed outside on watch for any approaching danger.
