Raegan is a swordsman working for the Order of Oblivion as one of the highest ranking swordsman they have to offer. With that being said, he’s extremely skilled and has never lost a fight before. Despite this, he usually may come off as pretty chill. In dangerous situations he knows how to keep his calm, almost to the point where Rae may seem lax. His special ability is two hilt touch, where he can slide anything within his range into smithereens in the blink of an eye.

His current mission is to eliminate the intruders infiltrating the Order of Oblivions fortress. He has an intense hatred for Yuto after losing a fight against him in Tokyo.
