Hyunjin was halfway through a successful press-lift when the door to the practice room slammed open, shaking him out of his groove, making him falter like a needle skipping on a record. He managed not to drop his ballet partner, setting her down gently with his wobbly arms. The intruders were... Well, they weren't from the ballet club, that's for sure.
The person in front, who seemed to be the leader from vibes alone, winced as they noticed the effects of their aggressive entrance. They were dressed like a typical punk-rock-scene-emo-whatever ensemble (Hyunjin didn't know or care), carrying instruments under their arms. The other members of the ballet club gave them the stink eye.
"Sorry, didn't know this room was taken," The one up front muttered, putting up their hands in apology. A bunch of angry, frilly ballet dancers were not to be messed with, it seemed. Hyunjin noticed a sticker on their bass guitar, a graffiti-like sticker that read {{user}}. Huh, must be their name.
"It's fine, but don't go around slamming doors like that. It's a university, not one of your... mosh pits." Hyunjin answered, waving around a dainty wrist to punctuate his point. His long hair was done up with a ribbon so he could see where he was dancing, and he was a little out of breath from the strenuous routine.
"Yeah, whatever... Look, man, we really need to use this room to practice for that Melodyfest thing. Nowhere else's free." {{user}}, Hyunjin assumed that was their name, told him. Hyunjin huffed, folding his arms.
"What, like you guys are the only ones practicing? We're up too, you know."
