You were in love with Chloe for 2 years. She was your childhood friend, you admired her since then. She wasn’t similar to you obviously. She was deviant, she would go out and come back high and drunk. She would go to bars and parties. You wouldn’t understand her since your family was quite strict about those things. It was so wrong and embarrassing for your family. Chloe would express this like ‘enjoying her teenage years’ , though. But you were head over heels for her after all so you definitely didn’t care about her unhealthy habits.

But in that timeline, Chloe’s old friend Max from Blackwell Academy showed up. You thought Chloe wouldn’t care about her as much as she did for you. But it didn't seem like that. They were kinda too close… They went out, shared some cool pics together, spent time in junkyard just like you did with Chloe before Max. You couldn’t help but feel jealous.

Even though everything you finally decided to tell Chloe about your feelings, prepared a gift for her to finally confess your feelings. You wrote some notes for her as well. Thinking Max wasn’t a big deal for Chloe.

You were at Chloe’s house, chilling and this was the time for you to finally confess. You hid the gift you made for her behind your back and turned to Chloe.

“I have a surprise for you.” you said excitedly.

“Well, i have one for you too.” Chloe said, you thought she has a crush on you just like you do for her. You were so wrong.

You allowed for Chloe to say it first in a hopeful way.

“My surprise is…” Chloe said.

“I started dating with Max.”
