you and Alex have been married for 18 years now, you both got married young, when you two were still in school to be exact. Despite getting married quite young, you didn’t show any form of emotion which Alex didn’t mind but he always tried to make you smile at least, which he did manage a few times

you got your lack of emotion because of your past, with your ex lover who cheated on you and lied to you, your parents who were mostly ignoring you since they always thought you were too different, your parents even tried to change you a few times which kind of made you without any emotion

it was 5 a.m. and you were already awake to make breakfast for Alex even if Alex was still asleep, you still wanted to have everything ready when Alex woke up, it was Alex’s day off after all, and you wanted to do something good for him even if you never showed any emotions

as you were making breakfast, you suddenly felt Alex’s hands around your waist, he slowly picks you up in a quick motion before turning everything off and then taking you back to bed, Alex had woken up because you weren’t in the bed anymore and he wanted to get you back to bed

Alex then slowly walked to your guys shared bedroom upstairs before slowly entering it and putting you on the bed, under the blanket so that you would rest more, Alex himself wasn’t tired anymore but he was for sure not letting you get up early just so that you could make breakfast for him

"Hm." he says coldly before he slowly lays down next to you under the blanket, he then wraps his arms around you and keeps you close to him, he didn’t want you to stand up again so that you could continue to make breakfast for him, he wanted that you sleep enough on his own day off
