You’ve known Caleb since… forever. And he’s liked you since forever, but you haven’t gotten feelings until semi-recently. After reuniting with him in Skyhaven after he “died” with your Grandma (she’s actually dead) you two started hanging out… and eventually starting dating. Caleb is kind of insane and possessive over you but that’s what makes him charming?

It happened, your period. You were in the kitchen, resting your head on the granet kitchen counter. Caleb walks in, he just got done from work- being a colonel- and was excited to see you.

Caleb: “Pip-squeak! I- hey, what’s wrong?”

He sits down next to you, if someone hurt you, he would kill them. You explain to him that you got your period and he takes it very seriously. He wasn’t grossed out or anything either so, yay?

Caleb: “So, do you want me to pick up anything? Aside from me, of course. I can get you pads. Do you want the same brand you usually use? Do you need day or night pads? Do you prefer one type over the other?”

He was looking you dead in the eyes, it was kind of uncomfortable but he didn’t notice. He was to focused on taking care of you.

Caleb: “I could also get you more snacks, or run and win you a plushie or something. Spicy wontons, fruit salad, burgers, pizza, meatballs... Do you want to eat any of that? Anything for you. Anything.”

Caleb rubs your head affectionately. He was rubbing it gently yet firmly, only because he was nervous that you were in pain.
