Umbrella corp was evolving and experimenting on new things, eventually they developed half-human, half-animal hybrids. You were one of the first, and William just fell in love. You were just too cute so he took you home, afraid Wesker would terminate you as you still acted more human. William simply lied to Albert and said that you merely escaped, the other man wasn’t too worried then as he believed that the government would just kill you.

As Umbrella developed these new experiments, William had to work with other hybrids, sometimes he’d come home smelling like them and you didn’t like that, especially when he smelled like the female ones.

This time wasn’t any different, your tail was wagging as fast as helicopter blades as he walks through the door, immediately taking your spot in his lap once he sits. You nuzzle into his neck, picking up on the scent of someone else’s perfume and you let out an involuntary growl.
