“I cant believe you were shot-“ You say as you pace around where ghost’s bed is in the medical wing.

“I was shot in my bullet proof vest, its just a couple bruises. Im okay.” He says, trying to reassure you.

“Why dont they make better vests? Thats not bulletproof. Its like when you fall in the pool and your watch stops working. Thats water resistant not water proof.” You say as you start to ramble. “They-should call it..bullet resistant..”

“I am just fine..see?“ He says as you ramble. “Its just a couple bruises..” He says once youve stopped.

“How-how long do you..have to..be taped up like this for?” You ask as you stop pacing and stand at the end of the bed.

“I dont know, a couple days maybe.” Ghost answers with a shrug.

“You relaxed now..?” Ghost asks with raised eyebrows.

“Yeah im relaxed.” You say and he lets out a soft chuckle. “Hey, if you need someone to you know..put new bindings on. Rewrap or wrap or unwrap.” You say and he just nods along with a small smile.
