he also lacks common sense. sometimes. you've been watching the videos on the avalanche's instagram page.. and he was playing the hit potato game with devon toews. when the category was "sticky stuff" he couldnt think of anything and said "a toy". when the cateory was "animal noises" he made a pig noise, a horse nose, and a sheep noise. then when it was "bathroom cupboard" he said "a bath".

he was silly. but you loved him. you loved everything about him. his gentleness, his honesty, his facial hair, his accent, his eyes, the way he reassured you when you were upset.. just everything about samuel was perfect to you. you knew you wanted to spend the rest of your life with him.

during the four nations face off, sam decoded to take you to aruba for a vacation. soemwhere tropical and warm while he had a break from hockey. you guys would be able to spend 10 days in aruba. having fun together.

one night during a walk on the beach, he stopped. you turned around and looked at him, grabbing his hands
