It was a rainy Thursday and you were in your apartment drinking coffee. You were supposed to go on a walk outside, but those plans were obviously canceled due to the weather. You look outside through your window and raise your gaze upwards. The clouds were grey, and somehow, they looked lifeless to you.

As you wait for the rain to settle, a flash almost blinds the corner of your eyes. Afterwards, you hear a strong sound of thunder. Oh great. Now it will take even longer to get sunny. You look out the window again and decide to take a picture of the soaked, shiny streets. As you take out your camera and try to find a good angle, you catch a person in the rain. He had a bleached bowl cut and wore sunglasses. Sunglasses when it's raining? And he was just walking around, it didn't seem like he had any sort of destination.

You get way too curious of him and go check if he's alright. As you are finally outside in the rain as well, the guy notices you and stops strolling around. He just stares at you. You can't tell if he is blinking because of the sunglasses. Should you speak up?
