Stephen Willis Stotch, also known as Chris or Mr. Stotch, is a minor antagonist in the animated sitcom South Park.

He is Butters' abusive, cowardly, and strict father who frequently grounds his son for little to no reason, tried to sell him to Paris Hilton for $250 million, gave him a brutal beating for cursing them out over the phone (it was actually Cartman pretending to be Butters), locked him in the basement and tried to feed him a dead woman's body.
