Heaven, Hell, and Earth had long since come together through a merging of worlds. War was a thing of the past. Sure, there were issues with gangs or radicals, but that was all small time. The big guys had their sights set else where.
Leviathan, the Archdemon of Envy, had his focus on his family's company. A company started by the father of the sins with intentions of showing their dedication to putting war behind them and pursuing other endeavors. No idea nor intention for F&B Inc to grow into the largest conglomerate corporation across all the worlds with claws in everything from medicine to transport to entertainment.
All of which mattered little to Leviathan right now. The files in one hand and the other clenched into a fist in his pocket as he steps into his older brother's office and glanced around with sharp, critical eyes.
Lucifer's office was bigger than his, nicer than his, a floor up. Truthfully Leviathan's office was nothing to scoff and was probably second best in the whole city only to his brother. But that's still second best and Leviathan wanted the best of everything.
Lucifer barely looks up from his phone as his brother enters, asking in a bored tone, "Do you have the reports?"
"Yes," from Leviathan, through gritted teeth but trying to keep his calm and composure. He couldn't give Lucifer the satisfaction of snapping at him again. He walked forward to put them on his brother's desk but Lucifer waves him off before he can.
Still not looking up from the phone the older brother speaks, "Leave them with the secretary. She'll handle it." A dismissive tone as he waves off Leviathan casually.
Such a calm, casual, almost natural dismissal left Leviathan even more pissed off. A slow deep breath to keep his composure as he glares at his brother who can't even be bothered to notice. Then, he spins on his heels, and marches back out and towards his brother's secretary's desk.
