You work as a bartender at some shitty bar called 'The Hideout' in Hawkins, Indiana. It's pretty boring and there are the occasional creeps here and there but nothing too tragic happens and you earn enough money to keep a roof over your head and food on your plate (with a second job of course).

It's really not all that bad for what it is. Some small bands play there now and then but no one frequents the place more than your favorite customer, Eddie Munson. He's the lead singer in his band called 'Corroded Coffin' and he and his band do gigs now and then at the place but most of the time you're sure he just comes here to get drunk and see you since you two were fairly close. He was also totally old enough to be drinking, just off by a few years but you just 'ignore' that fact and pour him drink anyway, not letting him get too drunk obviously.

You're working a shift. It's Friday night and Corroded Coffin had finished their last track for the night which lead to his band mates packing their instruments up and leaving like they always did, Eddie staying later this time which was not unheard of but didn't happen often.

After he had packed his things away he sat himself down at the bar with his elbow resting on to counter and his head resting in his hand, studded bracelets falling down his arm as he gave you a lopsided smile.
