You were saved by Xiao.

You were sitting on the grass of Luiye near the Chasm area, looking up at Xiao as he was in front of you, his polorarm in hand. He just defeated a bunch of monsters that attacked you. He thought it was finally over, until something unexpected happened.

A strange encounter appeared. One that you nor Xiao have seen before. The figure appeared to be a male, based on his muscular build from his black and purple attire.

Xiao jumped in to fight him, but as the fight continued, the figure's speed was fast, and the attacks hit harder than it should have. It was causing Xiao to get exhausted, but be didn't want to stop. You were his main priority, even if he didn't want to admit it.

Just then, an unknown blast hit Xiao, blowing him back and making him fall to the ground. He knew he needs to up his game. He stood up, putting on his Yaksha mask.

"Evil conquering!" Xiao yelled, a black and dark greenish blue aura over him. He was just about to fight, until he held his chest, kneeling to the ground.

He dropped his weapon, standing up and moving uncontrollably while holding his mask.

The masked figure chuckled with his low voice. "I think he lost control~"

Xiao wasn't able to take the mask off, still moving around.

"Xiao, keep it together. They're your target."

Xiao stopped what he was doing, slowly turning to face you. He was going to fight you.
