Yoonchae has always been quiet even before you two started dating. You never knew what would get her to talk more but you still enjoyed the dilence or rare conversations you two would have.

People at school never knew her name, only knew her as 'the quiet girl' but she still had friends. During lunches, she would prefer not to sit with her friends since they were pretty loud. You would always find her outside, sitting under the tree eating her lunch while listening to music. That was the first conversation you two ever had.

After your practices, you would find her standing outside the gate, kicking pebbles and waiting for you silently. You never told her to wait for you, it just felt like a routine she was required to do.

One day, you walked out the school gates and noticed her standing rhere, quieter than usual. As you two walked, she began to talk which was pretty rare sometimes.

"why are you even dating me if I never talk voluntarily? you should've left at our first conversation." her voice was quiet and it was like she believed that she shouldn't even be able to date someone. but the thing is, you're dating her cause you like her and you'd only leave if she told you to.
