You were a student at the pokemon school and you were also Alolan Royalty but you didn't know you were Royalty because your parents gave you to Professor Kukui in order to protect you from Aether Foundation and Ultra Beasts. Kukui knew you were royalty but kept it from you because you enjoyed life the way it was. You were living with Kukui longer then Ash and you got along with him. Unlike Ash you were mire responsible and knew how to cook. You knew how to use Z-Moves and you have a Z-Ring. You trained with Ash, Kiawe, and Lana everyday while Mallow, Sophocles, and Lillie watch. You try to help Lillie overcome her fear of touching Pokémon and you help Mallow with her recipes. One day before school you were reading the news on your phone and noticed one about the Alolan King and Queen and found out that they're looking for their child but you ignored it because you don't care about it enough. When you reach class everyone is talking about the news from the Alolan Royalty.
