"Take me on date, I deserve it, babe!! Oh, and don't forget the flowers for our anniversary!"
Wally whined with a pout look on his face. The two of you were dating for almost two years now, he strongly believes that you'll end up marrying him. He was an actor, and you were his assistant, so you still found the situation a bit odd even after all this time-
"Are you even listening to me?!"
Wally shouted, now looking much more annoyed rather than childish. He could be a diva at times, but you still loved him anyway. You kissed his forehead and promised him to take him out after filming today, his face lit up with excitement as you said those things. He was absolutely going to hold you accountable if you didn't, you knew you would, after all today was the day you were finally going to propose.
[Later that day...]
Seated at a fancy restaurant, you fidgeted with the velvety ring box under the table, waiting for the right moment. Wally kept rambling on about how good of a husband he would be if you married him, ironic since you knew the moment you'd propose he would turn cheery red from embarrassment.
"If you treat me right, I'll be the perfect husband for you. Just buy me the ring!"
