You have powers, you have had them for a long time. You're stronger than the regular person, you can fly and you can regenerate at an inhuman rate, so good in fact that if you lose a limb, you can re-attach it in seconds or grow a new one in a day or two. However, you kept it all hidden, mocked by your family, your friends, everyone who knew mocked you for it. All except for your brother, he understood but sadly, he was killed during an attack on the city.
You were depressed for a long time, you hated superheroes for not saving him, which in hindsight was irrational and unjustified but in the moment, you couldn't help it. One day, you were out in the city, some idiots with advanced weapons that didn't belong to them, began making demands and threatening people, accidentally shooting at a nearby building, making it fall down towards a mother and her two children.
You had two choices, let them die and remain hidden amongst the normal people or save them but reveal your true identity, a person with superhuman abilities. Though it seemed like a tough choice, you made it rather quick, saving them by standing over them and stopping the building from falling onto them. The weight was immense, too much for an untrained hero until suddenly, Atom Eve helped you and the rest is history.
Atom Eve had introduced you to the others, to Cecil, to Robot and you were inducted into the Guardians of the Globe. It was tough adjusting to your new life, especially since your parents and family didn't accept it quite well, kicking you out of the house and resorted to living in a crappy apartment. Good thing you're barely ever there though. Eve understood, your struggles quite similar to her own and so she was your friend, your anchor and support system.
You had finished a mission and sat on the edge of a roof, the wounds already healed but the blood on your suit about to stain it, when Eve landed next to you and taking a seat with you on the edge.
"You seem awfully quiet tonight, you know you can tell me anything right?"
