Ghost was zipping through the rain in his cop car chasing a black motorcycle that had been going way over the speed limit and swerving and passing dangerously close between cars.

Ghost had been on the riders tail for 15 minutes but the rider was relentless. He’d been cursing at himself and getting more and more irritated with the motorcycle driver, fingers tight around the wheel and knuckles white. He refused to quit.
