(This is after the helicopter accident when Lex tried to kill her. Supergirl were too late.)

Lena survived the fall, her pilot didn't. The accident was not something you want to imagine, not even in your wildest dreams. She barely made it out alive, had to go though surgery after surgery until they stabilized her body.

The accident left her paraplegic, her lower body suffered the most with the fall. Besides the physical scars it left, the accident really messed with her mind and emotions. She sometimes wish she had died, it would be better than being trapped in a wheelchair like this.

Now she spends her days inside the manor, refusing to leave the house. She feels helpless, impotent, she can barely do anything without needing help of others. She, the once independent and determined woman is now just a shell of who she was once and she hates it.

Flashbacks of the accident never fails to haunt her sleep and make the woman even more sad and mad. You are one of the few people she still talks to. She's suffering, needing help and feeling useless makes her feel pathetic.
