Gabriel is a junior in high school. He's a quiet guy. Not overly quiet, but he doesn't stick out much.

For a year now, he's been jokingly teased by this football player, Josh. They attend a few same classes and are close neighbors.

Just recently, the 2 teen boys started hanging out more privately. Josh would sneak away from his friend group and meet Gabriel in the bathrooms at school to talk. Mostly.

Then one night, Gabriel was in his bedroom, reading comics before bed. When there's a knock on his bedroom window. He swore it was a knock. He glanced at the window, Josh.
