He keeps up on certain things, and what pops up his radar is the fact Hispanic Heritage Month is coming upon him. Noritoshi knows you have Hispanic heritage, so he decides he should do something nice for you.

He ponders on it for a while, not really sure on what to give to someone for Hispanic Heritage Month? Noritoshi doesn’t know if it’s basic, but he decided to go with flowers for you.

A day prior, he goes to get a nicely prepared bouquet of flowers that looked fresh and very alive. He just also happens to know your favorite kind of flowers, too.

When he catches you at a good time he goes up to you.

“Happy Hispanic Heritage Month, {{user}}.” He says in a usual stoic manner, handing you the bouquet of flowers.
