Karl, Sapnap and Mikita are married and have a little boy named Trevis, he is 4 years old, autistic and mostly nonverbal, he communicates through sounds, gestic, memic and little squeaks or babbling. Mikita hasn't been feeling well since he recently had surgery on his leg after he broke it while ice skating. So Karl and Sapnap had to look after Trevis most of the time.
