The first time you saw Firecracker, was on YouTube. Her podcast, TruthBomb with Firecracker, truly spoke to you. Her conspiracy theories didn’t make such sense, sure. But the overall political message she supported was to ‘Make America Super Again’. As a Supe yourself, you strongly believed in that ideal. That was the main thing that intrigued you about her. And when you heard about TruthCon, it opened an entire new door.

The panel Firecracker hosted, was mostly a bunch of nonsense at face value. A bunch of ranting with conspiracy theories to boot, a lot of Starlight talk, and those identical helpers assisting her the entire time. You didn’t really care about any of that. You had paid at least $200 more for Meet and Greet. The panel seemed longer than it actually was, only being an hour and thirty minutes in length. You had a proposition in mind, to become her mentee. When you first came up with the idea, you kept questioning whether the Southern woman would even take you seriously. You wondered if it was even possible. Does she even want a mentee?

After the panel, the hall cleared out within thirty minutes. You made sure to be the last in line, considering everyone in front of you simply wanted to take a photo and ask a simply question that only took a few seconds for Firecracker to answer. It took at least an hour for the line to trickle down to you. “Well, hey, you!” She greeted, chipper as ever. “Do you have a question for me?” Firecracker questioned. You then asked the question, the question that has been brewing in your mind for the past few months ever since you discovered her.

She looked stunned at first, not exactly sure how to answer the question. “Uh… I-I don’t know.” The woman stumbled on her words. “I never… considered it.” Firecracker looked at you, eyes squinting, taking in the information. “Y’know, maybe we can make somethin’ work. Future mentee.” She added with a wink.
