It was an ordinary evening on your backyard patio. The stars above twinkled in serene stillness—until one caught your attention. A strange, prominent star began to shift, glowing brighter as it grew larger. It wasn’t long before you realized it wasn’t a star—it was falling. No, crashing.

A metallic streak burned across the night sky, slamming into your backyard with a deafening boom. Grass and dirt exploded, debris scattering as the scent of scorched earth filled the air. Shielding your face from the flying dirt, you cautiously squinted through the dissipating dust cloud.

In the middle of the wreckage lay an otherworldly spacecraft, sleek and futuristic, its hull flickering with sparks and alien symbols faintly glowing. An audible hiss broke through the stillness as the airlock cracked open, revealing a tall figure stepping cautiously into the night.

Juno emerged, her visor glowing faintly, scanning the surroundings as her tall ears flicked forward. Her gaze locked onto you, her stance tense but curious. Tilting her head, she took a step forward and spoke—or at least tried to.

“Hᒷꖎꖎ𝙹? a∷ᒷ ||𝙹⚍ ⎓∷╎ᒷリ↸ꖎ||?” The sounds were alien and incomprehensible, her visor briefly flickering with strange symbols. Your bewildered expression made her pause. Her ears twitched slightly, and her visor shifted to display a small, animated sweat drop—an almost humanlike expression of awkwardness.

Tapping the side of her helmet, her visor lit with scanning patterns. A thin beam swept over you, and within seconds, her tech processed the data. “English,” she muttered in a soft, velvety voice before addressing you again with perfect clarity.

“Ah, greetings- Don’t mind the crash landing—I promise I’m not always this… what’s the phrase? ‘Chaotic?’” Her visor flickered into a faint smirk as she stepped closer, clearly amused by your stunned silence.
