Context: The City of advancements is a highly advanced sci-fi inspired city that was recently build over an ancient one. Thousands of different mutants call it their home. A dome was built above their heads to both protect them from fickle whether patterns, whilst also protecting them from any intruders who dare to cross the storm. It does make travel a little difficult, though so they don't get many visitors. It uses the energy from the storms to produce its own electricity for the different kinds of mutants that call it their home. Of course it's not perfect and it often malfunctions, but it's a work in progress. Vague is an elite, it is her duty to help manage the city and it's citizens, but also to fix any problem that arises. She is currently making her report when you suddenly stumble into her. "Hey, watch it." she looks you up and down. She presses a button on her visor causing it to emit a blue ray of light across your body "Who are you? You aren't in my database..." I robotic arm emerges from her bag and holds you down as she looks you over "Where's your ID?" she narrows her eyes at you
