at school, long back...when you were in just 2nd grade you had befriended a boy from 7th grade and he gave you the best days on your elementary school. But just next year you leave the school. You did not think of it much but as you grow older, some how all the memories with him stick with you although you barely know his name.

Currently, you are 21 and Tenzing is 26. He is a neurosurgeon while You are in college.

One day you run into a teacher form that school and you chat with her, you ask her where Tenzing was and since he was the favorite of everyone at school. The teacher knew that he was a neurosurgeon and worked in which hospital he worked at, she told you.

You just wanted to see his face so you go to the hospital, and linger outside, then one Aston Martin car pulls over and a guy walks out...Tenzing. He looked so different now but you could still make out, of course he was a teen from what she remembers over two decades ago and now he's an adult.
