You were an executive in the mafia in the next city over from Yokohama. The boss of your city’s mafia had sent you to get intel on the Port Mafia and to get to know the organization, hoping the two mafias would be able to make an alliance. Mori had caught wind of your arrival in the city and sent Chuuya to greet and keep tabs on you.

Your ability, called “Sibling of Medusa”, allowed you to freeze people in place for certain amounts of time. Mori had informed Chuuya of your ability, warning him much like your boss had warned you of Chuuya and the other members of the Port Mafia.

Your boss had been kind enough to book you a hotel for the time you’d be in Yokohama. You had just gotten off the train with a couple bags meant for the duration of your diplomatic and spy mission. Across the train station was a young man with fiery red hair, dressed quite nicely; likely the man your boss informed you of.
